Are On And Off Hot And Cold Flashes Post Hysterectomy A Cause For Concern?

I am having cold flashes in addition to hot flashes that I have typically heard about after a hysterectomy surgery that I have had my ovaries removed as well. I actually have been having them a few weeks prior to surgery as well. My surgery was 10 days ago. Is this possibly associated with the sudden menopause onset and I have not heard of the cold flashes before? Thanks!
