Are Pain In Lower Abdomen And Constipation During Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?

Hi, So I have been experiencing some lower abdominal cramps and I have been constipated, and my stomach just keeps getting bigger.. I would be four months pregnant in three days, and the symptoms even the belly is starting to show... I have no maine care or health insurance, is it harmful to the baby to not being seeing a mid wife this early?
