Are Painful Vaccinations Similar To Painless Vaccinations?

Dear doctr,

I have a baby girl of 3.5 month. we give her painful vaccine two times now my friend suggest me about painless vaccine. Kindly let me know it is effect and safe as compaire to painfull vaccine????
2. also the first two vaccine was pentayim and now as i shifted to some other place here doctor do not have penta they have eass-4(opv,ipv,dpt,hib) Please suggest can we go for that or they both are different???
