Are Period Cramps Normal After Having Implanon Removed?

I had Implanon removed a few days ago after having it in for about 8 months. I have had period cramps for several days but no bleeding, I took ovulation tests and it says I am not ovulating but I am trying to get pregnant by valentines day! I don`t know why I am having period pains without bleeding..can I still get pregnant?
