Are Pimples Normal Post Delivery?

My baby is 6 months & I delivered through C-sec..Now my face is getting pimples on my cheeks and chin(after 6 months only)..Is this normal?Another question is that the color from my cheekbone till my ear is one color but after that it is another color..Can anything be done?
