Are Pink Bumps On Penis A Result Of Masturbation?

I have a couple of pink bumps around 3-4mm and less in size around the base of the head of my penis. I haven't had sex in two years, and I am 25 years old. I'm pretty sure these showed up after masturbation a few days ago, but I'm not completely sure. There are also a couple of smaller pink spots on the shaft. The lubricant I used, I have used before, and this has not happened. They aren't itchy and don't hurt at all. Thanks.
