Are Probiotics The Right Method For Treating Acid Reflux?

I am a young 75 yr old female who suffers from acid reflux. I m looking for an effective probiotic. I have taken Prilosec in the past but got started on a probiotic 2years ago and found it to be more effective. I think the name of it was Axiom. Expensive. I've heard from a pharmacist that I need at least 3 billion bacteria. What would you recommend ?
