Are Rashes ,related With Allergy To Milk In Children?

My daughter is five and she has been suffering with a rash over her body for many weeks now, i stopped giving her dairy on the recommendation of my nurse practitioner, her eczema went the rash went , the diarrhea ( sorry ) went, went to see specialist, with no rash to show and she said it was herpes simplex, i was not convinced, started giving her dairy again every symptom has come back, . i have looked online at MILK ALLERGY , but she does not have wheezing or breathing problems
