Are Rashes Under My Breast Related To Herpes?

I found out in December I have herpes II. I have never had sores and any kind of outbreak, although I do get a rash under my breasts from time to time and when I get the rash I usally feel really tired and wore down. Is this connected to the herpes or something else?
