Are Recurring Keloid On Shoulder And Forearm Curable?

I am 47 years old male. Having Keloid for the past 20 years. Keloids are spread across my shoulder and forearm. It is very much painful and itching. Initial stage i took treatment like injection of steriod. Later I have taken treatement like spraying some medicine using spray gun, it don't know the name of treatment, but my skin was buring after that treatment and the spot become flat. But after few days/week agains Keloid appeared in the same spot, but this time it was much bigger in size and more painful. I thought this will not spread to other, but i noticed that My daughter aged 16 years having similar Keloid around her shoulder and forearm. Need to know whether this is curable. ( First I would like avail treatement for my daughter)
