Are Red Patches On Skin Due Injury To Face Treatable?

Hi, i recently got knocked over by a car and skidded along the concrete face down!!! i had quite deep grazes too my nose chin and 3 large areas on my forehead...the scabs have formed and droped off very quickly already but it has left me with alot of large bright pinky red patches on my face that are very sensitive...will i look like this forever?? please help
