Are Red Spots And Sore Throat Normal With A Breathing Tube Insert?

I had my gallbladder removed on Tue. I had a breathing tube placed in my throat and all seemed well after surgery. But now the top of my mouth has Splotchy red spots and a couple of blisters. My throat is really sore. Is this normal? Do I just need to wait it out?
