Are Severe Nausea, Constipation And Vomiting During Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?

HEy Doc i did home pregancy test on the 16th of this month they said i m 1-2 pregnant .and from theni m have a terreble nausea and it stretches for the whole day.now i can not even drink water,tea or cold drink and i can t even eat anything because they all come up.I m just worried about my baby.last year in Agust i had miscauraige after 5 weeks.i haven t been to the dr as yet .sometimes i feel like i m constipated with short breath,this morning i vomited green and yello vomitus.
