Are Shortness Of Breath And Bruising A Side Effect Of Brilinta?

Brilinta for one month. First I had shortness of breath. That subsided, I am brusing and bleeding if I hit myself. Now I have bright red marks under my right breast. Would this be a symptom of this medication? I am on a lot of other medicines also I am a diabetic (for 25 years) Thank you.
