Are Shortness Of Breath And Tight Chest While On Bipolar Medicines Normal?

Over the last few weeks I have found that I have a shortness in breathing, mainly while working. I also have been experiencing some unusual feelings in the chest area. I ve woken up this morning and feel a little tight on the left side in the peck area. I m a 37yo male taking meds for depression/bipolar. Have family history of fatty liver and heart issue.
