Are Skin Infections, A Side Effect Of TB Medicines?

i have TB.and i have started TB medicine 3days before.and i got severe skin reaction and nausea and motions.i consult my dr.he suggested me to stop taking that medincine.i am not taking my medicine since yesterday.he asked me to visit him on saturday.my question is that does discontinution of TB medicine matters
