Are Small Whitehead-like Dots On My Eyelid Scars Normal 10 Days After Surgery?

Hi, i just had eyelids surgery for 10 days. The stitching has removed. My Dr gave me Otocomb Otic Ointment 5g (in thick gel cream) to apply. I believe for preventing infection. The scars showed some little dots, like white head acne. Does it normal because it s very new? Should I continue to use?
