Are Soft And Swollen Lumps Between The Anus And Genitals A Sign Of Piles Or Another Condition?

I am facing a problem in the area between anus and private part (female)....2 soft swollen or lumpy kind of pimples.....I felt that they are piles....on and off they reduce and enlarge over time with my piles treatment. They start to reduce from the anus side (means the bulged part finishes near the anus first)....so is it piles or something else? If something else than what causes it?
