Are Sore Throat, Dry Cough, Joint Pain And Fever Side Effects Of Amoxicillin?

I ve been since since new years. I was treated week before last for a middle ear infection with amoccillin (10 days. Today I work up with a sore throat, dry cough, achy joints and a fever that has climbed to 101 during the last hour. I m 62. Do I need to go in to urgent care?
