Are Swollen Lymph Nodes Below Ear And Inflamed Tonsils Symptoms Of HIV?

Hello sir.. i just want to clarify sir.. i had unilateral tonsil enlargement on right side past two days after i had deep kiss with unknown person. However i did not had vaginal or anal sex or oral sex with that person. I have lymp node enlarge at below my ear at d same site tonsil enlarge. I have difficulty swallowing n painful upon swallowing but however no fever,no cough,no sore throat, no flue or running nose,no abdomimal pain. I have gum bleeding sometimes whenever i brush my teeth hard. i have done rapid hiv test 1week after the exposure and it turn negative. i am seeking your opnion sir is there chance for me to have hiv infection sir?
