Are Swollen Stomach And Nausea Normal Post Hysterectomy?

I am about 7 weeks out from having a total hysterectomy my ovaries were left due to having factor 5. My doctor says everything looks good. But I am having a lot of swelling above my belly button area. So much that I feel as if my stomach in in my throat. Very nause by the end of the day. Just started back to work full time Almost a week. Is this normal and did I return too soon?
