Are The Loette Contraceptive Pills Safe?

Hi, i would like to ask about using loette contraceptive pills.. it is my first time to use BCP.. i already had a blood spot already and i forgot to take the first pill.. is it still okey if i take it the next day?? the blood spot happens around 8pm Tuesday, is it okey if i take it Wednesday because i forgot it..
