Are There Any Chance Of Regrowth After Tubes Being Tied?

Did i nessary have to have a tubaligation after my third c-section the dr recomended that i don't have anymore but now i regret having it done due to my husband and i wanting a girl in the future. And i would like to know if my tubes have been tied and clipped what are the chances they can grow back?or can they?
