Are There Any Common Symptoms Between ADHD And Thyroid Nodules?

Does symtoms of ADHD mimic thyroid nodule symtoms. As I am on Concerta and have thyroid nodules, I have been feeling, tired, moody, sluggish. When I dont take the concerta, I just cannot function or focus. could this be my thyroid. Have had biopsys and Dr. watching them grow?? I know my own body and have not been feeling right for awhile now.
