Are there any drugs that can be used to create (if that's the word to use) an oral lobotomy. Yes, that is exactly what I mean. A nurse actually gave a friend of mine a drug and said that its purpose was for an oral lobotomy, which terrified my fried. No one there would offer any real information or comment on that.
