Are There Any Germs On The Skin Even After Taking Bath?

Hello, I would want to know if people have germs on their skin even after taking a hot or warm shower using soap. Are there any germs like Escherichia Coli inside the rectum, anus, and human reproductive systems? Please explain what germs there are. I know that germs are inactivated after a moment under specific conditions. Please respond.
