Are There Any Natural Ways To Medicate Pityriasis Versicolour? I

Are there any natural ways to medicate Pityriasis Versicolour? I have just started using Bi-carb sofa on a loofah everytime I shower to see if this will shift it....
My case is extremely persistent, no selenium sulfite shampoos work, nor does Nizoral tablets. I have had this condition for 10 years and I am now finding I isolate myself and I have been struggling mentally with this very VISIBLE case.
Any direction you could give me would be extremely helpful. Thanks
