Are There Any Other Contraindications With The Medications I Have

Are there any other contraindications with the medications I have listed? My physician has stopped the medication that I have been taking for years because the pharmacist told him that the FDA has issued a warning that combining these medications can interfere with breathing. I do not take them simultaneously.
