Are There Any Safe Tools To Remove Hair From Body?

Hi I'm 29 years old, 5' tall, I am currently pregnant, and was recently diagnosed with IDC. I just went through my surgery to remove the cancer a couple of days ago. While I was in surgery they had to remove a little more than they expected and in doing so they had to remove some of the lymph nodes under my arm. After reading some of the papers I was sent home with I will have to take a lot of precautions for the rest of my life to keep from getting any infections in my arm. One of which was not using a razor to shave under that arm. I have heard a lot of pros and cons on electric shavers and some still cut you. I was wondering as a doctor which electric shaver would you recommend as the best to get the job done and not cut the skin in the process?
