Are There Any Side Effects Caused By Sudafed Nasal Spray Long Term Usage?

Hi, I ve been using Sudafed Decongestant Nasal Spray daily for over 4 years. It gives me an instant relief, and I don t particularly have any side effects. I understand, it s not normal, and worried I ve developed an addiction. What are the long term risks, and ways of quitting it? Thanks
