Hello.... i m 22 year old and i have a hand prectice since i was 15 year old. Now because of this habbit my sex power has affected and now i descharge very fast ... i always want to leave this habbit but after 10 days i again do it...i dont know what should i do..i am affraid of my marrigde life..please tell me what is the normal sex time to satisfy life partner..sometime i think i should take medicine but i have heard that they have side effects and i dont know much about these medicine...please help me..
