Are There Any Side Effects Of Long Term Usage Of Eumosone On Face?

I have been using Eumosone-M for my face for quite a long time,probably for 3-4 long years. I started this consulting doctor. All these years I could not visit doctor and cannot discontinue it. I have a very sensitive skin. Whenever i skip it, skin problems arise. Just got to know about its side effects and that it is a steroid. So I need a suggestion.
