Are There Any Side Effects Of Repeating Zoloft 200mg After Withdrawal?

Having taken 200 mg of Zoloft each night a nd then weaned myself off them and not taken any for a couple of weeks( had been taking them at that dose for years)would it be harmful to then start taking the 200mg at once without leading up to it gradually if so , what effect would it have?
