Are There Any Side Effects Of Taking Cilest?

I have recently been haviing extremely light periods for the last two months. I had previously been on the pill called microgynon for about four months and have changed to a new pill called cilest and this is the only controceptive I have used after following the 7 day rule. Is this normal or could I be pregnant?
