Are There Any Side Effects Of Taking Tramadol And Tylenol?

I was given Tramadol 50mg.. my presc. was to take 1 tablet with Tylenol at night. The dr. said take at night because it would make me sleepy. I took my first dose last night and I was up all night washing floors. Does this medication give you energy???
