Are There Any Side Effects Of Using Mela Care Cream?

Hi doctor, I have used mela care cream for 6 months?I became fair than before, but apart from that I got balck spots on my face.It appears very ugly. I stopped usin mela care cream. But how can I get rid of those black spots on my face,pls tell me. and I have read about mela care that it causes many side effects, if we stop suddenly using of mela care we wil become dark than before, is it true?pls help me for my problem
