Are There Any Side Effects Of Using Betonvate-c For Blemishes On Face?

Hi, i m male 19 year old, weight is 72kg . My skin is fair but i have some black or dark spot on my face.... I use many creams but there is no result.. Now i use betonvate-c ,, can i try this?? If u any other cream is more usefull then pls tell me....Pls help me, i m waiting, thanks to all of u..
