Are There Any Side Of Long Term Usage Of Diltiazem?

I am taking diltiazem and I was not taking it for years except when I needed it. I had a stroke three days ago and the dr put me on 5mg lisnopril, and xarelto and crestinorl my question is I think I should take only my diltiazem and wait to see my dr. I just had my blood work done by my physician about 2 mo ago
