Are There Any Treatments For Spine Problem Other Than Surgery?

Hi Sir, I have a huge health problem of my mother , my mother age is 51 years the problem is body pain (west , both leg & knees ) i have a done MRI recently & found the is L4 & doctor is saying for operation .
