Are There Concerns With Fibro-adenotic Changes And Dilated Ducts In A Breast Ultrasound?

Hi, Good evening! Early fibroadenotic changes seen in both breast and Dilated ducts seen in left areolar region below the nipple in USG report. My doctor told me to consult with surgeon, kindly advise is there anything wrong in the report. Thank you
