Are There Pregnancy Chances After Taking Plan B Pill?

my age is 21 i had sex with my bf he used condom and i had taken plan b pill also on the same day...but the problem is that my period is not started yet its 4th day today...is there any chance of geting pregnent if yes than plzzz tell me how to avoid it
