Are There Side Effects From Simvastatin For Lowering Cholesterol?

I have been taking Simvastatin for three years for lowering cholesterol. I would like to know the absolute side effects. people have been telling me of muscle tremors and shakiness. I have totally quit taking ibuprofen c600mg for arthritis. he told me to start taking Tyelenol which is worse. I want to know the side effects of this Simvastatin. Or. Else I will quit.
