Are There Ways To Restore Foreskin?

I believe circumcision is barbaric and unethical; for example, many medical societies in Europe decided generations ago that it is immoral to surgically remove healthy tissue from a patient without his knowledge and consent. Obviously, newborn male babies cannot consent, so infant circumcision is very rare and thus circumcisions in general are very rare. I have already been circumcised and want to restore my foreskin. How can I do that?
