Are Trace Of Occult Blood, 11-30 WBC And Below 10 Epithelial Cells In Urine Normal?

I just received urine test back and had some abnormal results. Here are some of the abnormal results. 1. ph is 8.5 2. appearance of urine cloudy 3. wbc esterase was 3+ 4. occult blood states trace 5. WBC states 11-30 6. epithelial cells (non-renal) states 10 Now, I must tell you that there were no instructions and no disinfectant type wipes to use for cleaning before I did the urine specimen and also my stream somehow missed the cup for the most part and I barely had enough urine in the cup to even cover the bottom entirely. Should I be concerned with these results?
