Are Two Negative 3rd Generation HIV Rapid Tests 2.9 Years After Exposure Conclusive?

Hi doctor. I had a protected sex with a sex worker 2.9 years ago. I have recently tested with a 3rd generation hiv rapid test kit. I have tested two times and the results was negative. I still feel like I may have HIV. Could you please tell me if consider these results as conclusive?
