Are Upset Stomach, Tiredness And Cramps Near Breast Side Effects Of Plan B Pill?

I just took the plan b pill almost three hours ago. The only side effexts that I am having are : upset stomach, tired & have a pain that feels like a cramp on my right side right beside/on my rib cage nearest to my right breast. Hurts when i push hard on it. It says that tge pill can cause abdominal pain so maybe thats what it iis. I also worry too much, just need an opinion. Thanks.
