Are Vaginal Discharge And White Spots On My Nipple Due To Implanon?

Hello I've got 2 kids and have had the implanon since November I've got some of the same symptoms as when I was pregnant I've got vaginal discharge white spots on my nipple I've been very tired had a bit of constipation... Is there any way I could be pregnant again? I took a home test and came up negative.
