Are Vertigo, Tinnitus, And Leg Tingling A Week After My First Pfizer Dose A Contraindication For The Second Dose?

Hello. I have received my first dose of the Pfizer covid vaccine and did well initially aside from a sore arm the first three days. A week later I now have bouts of vertigo, tinnitus, and tingling in my legs. Is this a contraindication to receiving the second dose?
