Are Vomiting, Weakness And Fainting Signs Of Pregnancy?

My partner used to take the Novelon tablet every cycle starting on 2nd night. Last time she started it after 7 days as mentioned in the manual and we had sex after a few days. She is due her period in some more time, but she puked 2 nights ago & today she is complaining of weakness & feeling like fainting today. Is there chance of pregnancy? She is currently lso on anti biotics for dental issue, could it be due to that?
