Are Yellow Stool And Abdominal Pain Signs Of Pancreatic Problems?

I am having pain and yellow stool. Go to the bathroom about every half hour. I also threw up a little and it was yellow. Are these signs of pancreatic problems? I have had cancer and was treated with chemo and radiation of my abdomen over the past 7 years.. I do have some of the signs like dizziness and itchiness .
